Gel Nails Polish

By Olga Rengach

Gel Nails PolishGel nails or a so-called gel manicure is a really popular trend in modern nail fashion. It has to be noticed that nail artists use this kind of manicure to create amazing nail art as well as to perform a cool nail finish.

As you know, all of traditional nail polishes give us wonderful opportunity to demonstrate our beautiful nails. It dries for a long time and it is not very convenient for us. Speaking about the Gel polishes, there are very important differences. For example, there is the special brush, which helps s lot when you need a perfect result. Use it after polish and if you want- you may use the special base coat with using a UV lamp

Something about Gel Nails
It is well-known, that usually nail polishes as well as gel polishes are quite different due to their applications. A normal paint job smells strongly and dries very slowly. A traditional gel polish pass with a special brush. It can be easily removed. It is made possible due to the process of soaking the nails. The main reason for this difference comes from the way of application. The point is that gel polishes pass with some special brushes. Moreover, after putting a layer of polish and the base coat as well, nails are cured with a special lamp (UV).

Some benefits of Nail Polish
There are some benefits that gel nail polish has. It has to be said that traditional nail polishes (for example, so-called chip-resistant or special modern fast-drying formulas) don’t have them.

Quick and comfortable process of drying. Actually, gel polishes get dry just within 3-9 minutes. This happens due to the use of the special professional “curing” lamp (light). It is great because you can put on your favorite shoes just after a process of pedicure! Sometimes it is important. Such a light is really perfect for making gel polish hard without a necessity to burn your skin.

They are versatile. It is true that some skilled and experienced nail art technicians are able to add some length to your nails by using those gel polishes. Nevertheless anyone is able to use them in a more common manner of painting-on.

Treat Asthma With Homoeopathy

By Dr Michelle Pinto Souza

Treat Asthma With HomoeopathyAsthma is a chronic respiratory disease caused by the inflammation of the airways resulting in attacks of wheezing, coughing and difficulty in breathing. Asthma typically develops in early childhood and often continues into adulthood; though many times fresh asthma can develop even in old age. A personal or family history of allergies is often noted in people with asthma.

Cause: Abnormal sensitivity to certain triggers causes the muscles surrounding the air passages to inflame. This inflammation causes narrowing of the air passages thus resulting in reduced air flow. The irritated cells cause increased production of mucus further clogging the already narrow air passages. This results in difficulty in breathing.

Common triggers of asthma are:

• Dust mites
• Cockroaches
• Cold weather
• Foods like peanuts, eggs, shellfish
• Pollens
• Respiratory infections, such as the common cold
• Stress (emotional / physical)
• Fumes
• Animal fur/dander

Symptoms:

The most common symptoms are wheezing and coughing. Other symptoms include difficulty in breathing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, sweating, anxiety, rapid pulse, etc. The severity of the attack varies from person to person. It may last for a few minutes or may carry on for a few hours or even days. During the attack the person prefers to sit upright to ease the airflow. Confusion, lethargy and blue skin color are signs that the person is not getting enough oxygen and emergency treatment is required. With appropriate treatment usually the person recovers completely.

General Treatment:

• Avoid substances that trigger asthmatic symptoms.
• Eat healthy nutritious foods
• Regularly perform light exercises
• Breathing exercises will help to increase lung capacity.
• Yoga, meditation helps to relieve stress.

Aromatherapy – Relaxing Your Body and Mind

By Keith Richard Conwell

Aromatherapy - Relaxing Your Body and MindHistorically, aromatherapy has been used by ancient people in different countries. This is to relax their body and mind with all the stress. This is a fact since archaeologists have found evidence in ancient Egyptian tombs, in ancient Roman unearthing and even in ancient Chinese relics.

Today, aromatherapy is also used to free mind-stress and to relax the whole body. There are oils that have been extracted from herbs, fruits and flowers to get its essence and it is used in aromatherapy.

Now, how to use aromatherapy is quite easy once you know how to balance the mixture of essential oils and other components in making scents to relieve body and mind stress. Here are some of the aromatherapy tips that you can apply in your own home.

Tip 1 – Use natural products

This is the first in aromatherapy tips that you should remember. You have to choose and use natural products only. This is to prevent you from certain reactions on your skin or in your nose. You might end up having skin irritation or headache because of the strong perfume of non-natural aromatherapy products.

To make it easier for you, here are some of the natural products on how to use aromatherapy. Read on.

- Chamomile essence – can be used in body massage or can be combined in candles as an aromatic product. It relieves stress, calms your senses and alleviates insomnia.

- Lavender – also used as an antiseptic and to treat insomnia. The flower is extracted and oil is used.

- Peppermint – this kind of herb has a cooling effect on your senses. Also, its aroma alleviates stomach aches. One of the best properties of peppermint is a decongestant. A lot of pharmaceutical companies use peppermint as an ingredient in decongestants.

- Jasmine – native to Asian countries the flower is extracted and used to treat lethargy and it can also be used as an anti-depressant. These are just some of the natural products on how to use aromatherapy.

Tip 2 – Choose wisely

This means that even though you have chosen an all natural product for your aromatherapy, you also have to consider its container. Aromatherapy tips: use an all glass container. This is because there are aromatherapy essences that are quite strong (these essences can turn rubber into a gummy state and it can destroy the essential oils).

Tip 3 – Pay attention

A lot of fake sellers are out there in the market. Always be vigilant in purchasing essences for your aromatherapy. Check the labels and the origin of the product you are about to purchase. This is to make sure that you are purchasing quality and original products.
